I'm Sydney, and I love to solve problems.

I believe in the importance of falling in love with the problem, not the solution. Falling in love with the problem means embracing ambiguity and grounding work in stories and experiences of real people.

Outside of work, chances are you will find me solving the New York Times Crossword, doing a jigsaw puzzle, or with my head in a book.
